At Facade Technologies, we delivered the complete façade engineering and specialist
systems for the three 52-storey Nebo towers one of Moscow’s most prominent contemporary
residential developments.
Designed by TPO “Reserve”, the vertical emphasis and clean architectural lines required
a façade solution that combines lightness, durability, and visual clarity.
Each façade component was optimized for thermal performance, air-water tightness and
long-term structural reliability. Extensive mock-ups and testing ensured alignment
between design intent and engineering execution.
