Developed by Facade Technologies, the Trickle Vent is a
proprietary natural ventilation system engineered for seamless integration into
curtain wall façades. It delivers continuous, controlled fresh air supply to
occupied spaces without mechanical components, without energy consumption, and
without visual disruption to the façade.
A precision multi-position airflow
valve allows fresh outdoor air to enter in a controlled, turbulence-free manner
fully adjustable between closed, partial, and open positions. An aerodynamic profile
ensures near-silent operation at 25.8 dB even at maximum airflow, while a perforated
aluminium mesh inlet blocks insects and airborne debris without restricting
ventilation performance. The system requires no energy input, no mechanical
maintenance, and integrates invisibly into standard curtain wall profiles making
it the most architecturally coherent and operationally efficient ventilation
solution available.
Mechanical ventilation systems consume energy, require maintenance, generate noise, and introduce building services complexity. The Trickle Vent eliminates all of these. It operates entirely passively, performs silently at 25.8 dB, and integrates into the façade profile without visual trace delivering indoor air quality compliance at a fraction of the whole-life cost of any mechanical alternative.
Slide & Push is a next-generation sliding ventilation system
developed specifically for high-rise buildings with structural silicone glazed (SSG)
façades where conventional opening lights disrupt the flush, frameless aesthetic
that defines the system.
The dual-motion mechanism slides the panel
horizontally before pushing outward clearing the façade plane without projecting
into the interior or interrupting the external face when closed. An advanced
brushless sealing system replaces conventional pile or brush seals, eliminating the
thermal bridging, degradation, and air infiltration associated with traditional
alternatives.
High-rise SSG façades demand flush, frameless aesthetics and conventional opening lights cannot deliver this without visual compromise. Slide & Push was purpose-engineered to resolve this conflict. Its brushless sealing system outperforms traditional alternatives on thermal efficiency and service life, while its dual-motion mechanism maintains the visual integrity of the SSG façade in every position.
In architectural expressions where imagination challenges the
boundaries of geometry, Free Form Structures & Skylights stand as the ultimate
test of what façade engineering can achieve. Fluid canopies, complex atrium roofs,
double-curved skylights, and bespoke entrance structures these are the projects
that define the identity of landmark buildings.
Facade Technologies engineers
and delivers free-form solutions of any geometry from single-curved vaults to
algorithmically generated double-curved surfaces through a fully integrated
process spanning parametric geometry development, structural analysis, precision
steel fabrication, glazing system engineering, waterproofing design, and on-site
installation.
Free-form structures require the simultaneous mastery of architectural geometry, structural engineering, façade performance, and precision manufacturing disciplines that are rarely integrated under a single roof. Facade Technologies manages the complete scope in-house. One team. One process. One point of responsibility.
In buildings where optical clarity, energy performance, and
long-term aesthetic consistency are non-negotiable, the Clean Cavity Façade System
sets a new benchmark. By creating a precisely sealed cavity between inner and outer
glazing layers, the system passively controls pressure and humidity eliminating
condensation, blocking dust ingress, and preserving the visual integrity of the
façade throughout its entire service life.
Integrated shading systems within
the protected cavity regulate solar gain without exposure to external conditions,
delivering consistent thermal and visual comfort without maintenance burden.
Most double-skin façades suffer from cavity contamination over time dust, insects, and moisture degrade the internal surfaces. The Clean Cavity System eliminates this entirely. The sealed, controlled cavity ensures that what looks perfect on day one still looks perfect a decade later with no access, no cleaning, and no compromise.
The Hybrid Timber-Aluminium Façade System brings together two
materials that individually define quality and combines them into a single,
high-performance building envelope that neither could achieve alone. A primary
aluminium structural frame carries all wind, gravity, and seismic loads. Engineered
timber facing elements interior, exterior, or both deliver the warmth, texture,
and biophilic character that pure aluminium systems simply cannot
provide.
Fully tested in compliance with EN standards for air and water
tightness, the system achieves 60 minutes of fire resistance and up to 60 dB of
sound insulation without compromise on architectural expression or sustainability
credentials.
The market offers timber-clad façades and aluminium systems but rarely a genuinely integrated hybrid engineered from first principles. The Facade Technologies Hybrid System is not cladding applied over a frame. It is a purpose-engineered composite system where timber and aluminium work together structurally and thermally verified through testing to perform as one.
