The façade engineered by Facade Technologies is the project's signature element,
designed to deliver a dynamic interplay of light and reflection that transforms the
towers into living sculptures. With advanced façade engineering, the building envelope
was optimized for wind loads, thermal movements, energy performance, air and water
tightness, acoustic comfort, and long-term durability. Through rigorous analysis,
prototype testing, and strict quality control, we created a façade that is both visually
